Please note: pets must be picked up and dropped off during our business hours.

BOARDING POLICY

For your pet's and our other guests protection, we require the following prior to boarding:

1. Pre-entrance Examination (no charge) 2. Written Proof from a Veterinarian of current required vaccinations for your pet's species. If written proof is not provided, we will do them and charge for vaccines. 3. Written Proof from a Veterinarian of a recent fecal exam for internal parasites. We can conduct the test, if needed. (Routine Charge applies.) 4. No fleas, ticks, lice or other external or internal parasites. If any are found during our admittance exam, we will apply the necessary products/medicines to kill the parasites. (Routine Charge applies.) 5. During your pet's stay, if any abnormal symptoms appear, our doctors will perform a general physical exam to determine what, if any, problems exist; and administer any medication deemed necessary to preserve your pet's health. (Standard exam fee + medication costs apply) 6. Animals boarding together may need to be separated at our discretion 7. Additional fees may be added for damage to equipment or facility (ie. beds, mattresses etc.)

SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES REQUESTED (fees apply)

It is our policy not to keep leashes or carriers with any boarding pet. All pets get toys, therefore it is especially difficult to keep your pet’s toys separate. We cannot take responsibility for any missing items.

CURRENT MEDS TO BE ADMINISTERED(must be in original container)

GAMC will use all reasonable precautions to prevent injury, escape or death of my pet. The clinic and staff will not be held liable for any problems that develop provided reasonable care and precautions are followed. I understand any problem that develops with my pet while I am absent will be treated as deemed best by the staff veterinarians and I assume full responsibility for the treatment expense involved. If I neglect to pick up my pet within 5 days of the pick-up date above and do not notify you within that time period, GAMC may assume that the pet is abandoned and I hereby authorize GAMC to dispose of the pet as GAMC deems best and/or necessary.

Sat: 8:00AM – 12:00PM
We will be closed on some Saturdays. Please contact us to confirm our hours.
